Creating the Out of Band dvswitch

    1. Log in to the vSphere Client. 
    2. From Home, click Networking and expand the data center. 
    3. Right-click the data center.
    4. Click Distributed Switch > New Distributed Switch. 
    5. Update the name to oob_dvswitch and click Next. 
    6. Choose Distributed switch 7.0.0 Version and click Next. 
    7. Select 1 from the Uplinks menu. 
    8. Select Enabled from the Network I/O Control menu. 
    9. Clear the Create default port group option. 
    10. Click Next. 
    11. Review the details in Ready to complete page and click Finish.
