A file system represents a storage resource that provides network file storage. The types of file systems that you can create are determined by the file-sharing protocols (SMB, NFS, or multiprotocol) that are enabled for NAS servers on the PowerStore appliances in your cluster. You can create, view, manage, and delete file systems, SMB shares, and NFS exports from the Storage > File Systems page as shown in the following figure.
