This section is optional. These commands help confirm your settings are configured properly and are useful for troubleshooting if there are any issues encountered.
Verify the fabric interconnect is configured properly on the leaf switches by running the show ip bgp summary command at the CLI of the leaf switches and the DCI switches. Use the output to confirm the IP addresses and AS numbers are configured correctly and the sessions between leaf switches and DCI switches are up. Sessions are up if the up time is displayed in the Up/Down column.
The command output underlined below confirms BGP sessions are up between the Site 1 DCI switch (ASN 65101) and the Site 1 leaf switches (ASN 65011).
