Deploy the presentation server, which hosts the PowerFlex UI. PowerFlex Manager supports the deployment of one presentation server.

1. Log in to PowerFlex Manager.
2. On the PowerFlex Manager menu bar, click Template > Sample template > Management - presentation server, and then click Clone in the right pane.
3. In the Clone Template dialog box, enter a template name under Template Name.
4. Select a template category from the Template Category list. To create a template category, select Create New Category.
5. In the Template Description, enter a description for the template.
6. To specify the version to use for compliance, select the version from the Firmware and Software Compliance list or choose Use PowerFlex Manager appliance default catalog.

Because the template only includes server firmware updates, you cannot select a minimum compliance version. The compliance version for a template must include the full set of compliance update capabilities. PowerFlex Manager does not show any minimum compliance versions in the Firmware and Software Compliance list.

7. Indicate access rights to the service deployed from this template by selecting one of the following options:

• Only PowerFlex Manager administrators
• PowerFlex Manager administrators and specific standard and operator users
• PowerFlex Manager administrators and all standard and operator users

8. Click Next.
9. On the Additional Settings page, provide new values for the Network Settings, OS Settings, and Cluster Settings.
10. Select the PowerFlex management controller vCenter or single vCenter.
11. Click Finish.
12. After the template is created, click Templates, select the PowerFlex presentation server template, and then click Edit.
13. Edit each component (PowerFlex presentation server and VMware Cluster), select the required field, and then click Save.
14. Select the published template and click Deploy.
