Workload B simulates the read-mostly type of workload (95 percent read, 5 percent write). Twenty million records were read/written on each Mongod VM. Each YCSB-mongo client can read/write a subset of the data by changing the number of threads with the following command:
# ./bin/ycsb run mongodb -s -threads <number of thread> -P "workloads/workloadb" -p mongodb.url=mongodb://<hostname/IP>:27018/<database name>-p recordcount=200000000 -p operationcount=200000000
The following figure shows the PowerFlex storage IOPS results from (95 percent read, 5 percent write) across all six Mongod VMs. A total of 202,330 read and write IOPS are achieved at submillisecond latency for 96 threads on the MongoDB cluster.
