Workload A simulates 50 percent read, and 50 percent write operations. Ten million records were written and read from each Mongod VM. The YCSB-mongo client can read/write a subset of the data and was accomplished by changing the number of threads. The following command was used for the simulation:
# ./bin/ycsb run mongodb -s -threads <number of thread> -P "workloads/workloada" -p mongodb.url=mongodb://<hostname/IP>:27018/<database name>-p recordcount=100000000 -p operationcount=100000000
The following figure shows the PowerFlex storage IOPS results from (50 percent read, 50 percent write) across all six Mongod VMs. A total of 183,530 read and write IOPS are achieved at sub millisecond latency for 64 threads on the MongoDB cluster.
