The Prepare for VCF management domain deployment section of this guide provides steps to add the four NSX networks in the table above to the SmartFabric.
Rack 2 and higher (represented by Rack “n”) only apply to multirack topologies. Configure one unique m01 NSX host overlay network and gateway for each rack in the SmartFabric.
VLANs 4091, 3939, and 1811-1813 are configured before deployment of the first VxRail cluster used for the VCF management domain. Configuration steps are shown in Dell Networking SmartFabric Services Deployment with VxRail 7.0.400.
Note: SFS automatically creates VLANs 4091 and 3939. The remaining VLAN IDs and their network IP addresses shown in the table above are user-defined and are examples only. In SmartFabric mode, VLANs 1 through 3999, excluding 3939, are available for use.
