License and capacity plan

  • Before starting with deployment, make sure to obtain a valid license. The Cloud Disaster Recovery license is based on cloud capacity sizing.

    The Cloud DR license is included in PowerProtect Data Manager and RecoverPoint for VMs licenses. PowerProtect DP DP4400 license includes 5 TB license of Cloud DR.
    Standalone Cloud DR deployments that connect to Avamar servers require a license.
