Compute servers provide computational resources for the HPC system. The best configuration for the compute servers depends on the specific applications in use, and the turnaround time requirements.
The best configuration may be different for each use case. Table 2 provides options that Dell Technologies recommends as appropriate for these servers. A specific configuration can be selected to match the requirements of the workloads and use cases.
