While the vSAN stretched cluster guide was written for an ESXi deployment, it uses the same topology and switch configuration is the same for this VxRail deployment. Dell Technologies recommends using jumbo frames for best performance. To have an impact, jumbo frames must be configured end-to-end. The MTU size is set to 9216 bytes by default on all SFS switches. It is set to 9216 bytes on the DCI switches as shown in Configure DCI switches. If jumbo frames are used, set the MTU to 9000 bytes on the VxRail cluster components as shown in your VxRail documentation.
