Create the VxRail networks in the SmartFabric as follows:

1. On the SmartFabric in Site 1, create the required VxRail networks as shown in the Create networks for first VxRail cluster section of SmartFabric Services with Multisite vSAN Stretched Cluster Deployment Guide. All networks are initially created as Layer 2 General Purpose networks. For this example, the VLAN IDs used are shown in SmartFabric VLAN IDs and network addresses. Use the same VLAN IDs for all networks in both sites.
2. Convert the External Management and vSAN networks to Layer 3 General Purpose networks by following the Configure Layer 3 networks section of the SmartFabric Services with Multisite vSAN Stretched Cluster Deployment Guide. These networks are converted to Layer 3 to communicate with the witness host. The vMotion network should remain Layer 2. When converting to Layer 3, use unique IP addresses for all leaf switches as shown. Use the same gateway address for the same networks in both sites.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above for the SmartFabric in Site 2.
