The procedure has to be performed on only one Enterprise Vault server instance (the primary Enterprise Vault server, typically).
Note: You do not have to perform this task with Enterprise Vault version 12.3 and later. Those releases already include the ECS Streamer driver configuration files (not the ECS Streamer driver itself).
