You can use the following procedure to download the ECS Streamer driver and quickly perform a default installation of the driver on a Windows server:

1. Locate the Streamer driver installer at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/.
2. Download the ECS Streamer driver onto the Enterprise Vault server, and then double-click the installation file to begin the installation.

Unless the VC++ Redistributed files have already been installed on this server, you are prompted to allow the installer to install the files.

You are prompted to reboot the server.

When you log in after the restart, you might be asked to install the VC++ 32-bit version of the distribution. Follow the instructions and reboot.

3. When you log in after the reboot, the installer automatically continues the installation.

4. Click Next to install the ECS Streamer driver and click through the remaining screens to finish the installation.
5. At the following page, you can change the installation folder for the ECS Streamer driver if you want; otherwise, click through the remaining prompts.

The ECS Streamer driver is now installed on all Enterprise Vault servers.
