Dell EMC Online Support provides a single point of support for all vSAN Ready Node hardware issues and vSphere hypervisor and vSAN issues. Service tags for vSAN Ready Nodes with OEM licenses are a single point of support for hardware, ESXi, and vSAN issues.
Dell EMC provides several online and telephone-based support and service options. If you do not have an active Internet connection, look for support contact information on your purchase invoice, packing slip, bill, or Dell EMC product catalog.
