To verify that the Dell Plug-in has been removed from Oracle Cloud Control, verify that the Plug-in information no longer exists in three locations: Self Update, Plug-ins, and All Targets.
Checking the self update page
- Log in to an Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control web console with administrative privileges.
- From the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control web console, navigate to Setup → Extensibility → Self Update.
- Follow the Plug-in link folder under the Type column in table to view all downloaded and imported Oracle EM Plug-ins.
- Ensure that the Dell Management Software is no longer listed here.
Checking the plug-ins page
- Log in to an Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control web console with administrative privileges.
- From the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control web console, navigate to Setup → Extensibility → Plug-ins.
- Expand the Server, Storage and Network folder.
- In this list ensure that the Dell Management Software is no longer listed.
Checking the All-Targets page
- Log in to an Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control web console with administrative privileges.
- From the Enterprise Manager web console, go to Targets → All Targets.
- Check this list and ensure there are no Dell OpenManage Enterprise or PowerFlex targets listed.
