Monitoring and control center

  • SecurOS MCC provides the central monitoring and management of the complete security infrastructure of multiple local sites from a single command center. It is an excellent solution for customers with multiple geographically disparate sites or business facilities that are spread across a vast area. SecurOS MCC allows for the federation of remote independent sites as if they were part of a single virtual system. This federation option allows for a more streamlined workflow and globalizes security operations to make security personnel more productive and better informed. The solution ensures uninterrupted operation of the integrated dispatcher service, including situational monitoring and management of video surveillance systems at remote sites.

    The key capabilities of the monitoring and control center module can be summarized as:

    • Robust hierarchical architecture—SecurOS MCC aggregates data from several monitoring centers into a top-level monitoring center. Remote sites themselves can be globally disparate, of different sizes, and running different editions of SecurOS.
    • Several recording options—The solution supports working with recorded video in the following ways:
    • Administrators can view recorded video from remote sites
    • The SecurOS Archiver module can run on the MCC server and provide redundant recordings.
    • Analytics support from local sites—Receive all analytics events (face recognition, license plate recognition, tracking kit, and so on.)
    • High Efficiency—Connect multiple remote cameras and receive live video streams or archive video from any remote security systems. The system monitors hundreds of remote cameras simultaneously on one MCC server.
    • Easy and flexible configuration—An easy manual or automatic update of the configuration of a monitoring center in case of a change in the remote system configuration. Users can choose certain areas (sections) of local sites to control.
    • Failover cluster—SecurOS MCC can be implemented using SecurOS Native Failover to maintain high availability of the system. The SecurOS Failover can be configured using a cluster (three or more servers) or 1-to-1.
