Dell PowerEdge C6620 can process over 32 50x WGS per day (v3.6) with the validated architecture we propose. Although the tests were limited by the capacity of PowerScale F600, the throughput of 152 genomes/day will increase significantly with a proper configuration of PowerScale F600. The configuration recommendation is to use at least 3.84 TB SSD, maximum node memory, and add one additional storage node for every four C6620 compute nodes. This configuration will allow the running of 32 50x WGS samples per compute node as the system scales out.
