You can scale down PowerStore T/Q model clusters by removing individual appliances from the cluster. Removing an appliance from a cluster requires careful planning and consideration. Before starting this process, you can automatically or manually migrate storage resources from the appliance. You can manually delete any remaining storage resources before removing the appliance from the cluster. After you remove the appliance from the cluster, the appliance is reverted to the original factory settings.
