When running RSTP with IGMP snooping disabled, the below table indicates the total number of Port VLAN (PV) combinations that are supported. This number is calculated by multiplying the total number of VLANs provisioned on the switch and the number of active ports, including VLTi and uplink port channels. For example, a switch with 20 active ports and 200 provisioned VLANs has a PV value of 4,000 (20 x 200). SmartFabric OS10 includes a command scale-profile vlan that enables a larger PV value. On OS10 version 10.5.2.4 and earlier, IGMP/MLD snooping cannot be enabled when scale-profile-vlan is enabled.
