An object store provides a way to organize or group items, separating the space for different uses or purposes. It allows for the multitenancy in ObjectScale. Many object stores can be created in one ObjectScale instance, although some environments might do well with a single object store.

For best performance, use fewer than 1,000 buckets in each object store to avoid an impact on the bucket list operation.
Note: The NVMe architecture like ObjectScale appliance only supports one object store in a ObjectScale instance.
