In addition to assigning specific roles for certain access and control for users, take additional measures to make ObjectScale less vulnerable to unwarranted access, common user mistakes, or a security data breach. ObjectScale provides several features, including data encryption, Privileged Actions Approval System (PAAS), and Object Lock, to enable security of customer data. This section describes the available features available and best practices for protecting ObjectScale.
Further, use at least TLS 1.2 version (HTTPS) to transport your data, validate your server’s certificate and patch your system regularly; otherwise, applications will be vulnerable to man-in-the-middle attacks.
