Configure the VxRail Cluster VDS for NSX-T Traffic

  • In this chapter, the MTU on the VxRail cluster VDS is increased to allow for NSX-T traffic encapsulation overhead, which requires a minimum MTU of 1600 bytes. It is set to 9000 bytes as a best practice. Uplink port groups are created on the VDS for NSX-T traffic.
