Broad offering – choice

  • Dell offers one of the broadest vSAN Ready Nodes offerings, with more than 250 certified configurations, including tower, rack, blade, and modular form factors with single, 2-and 4-socket models.

    These offerings provide a wide range of choice for customers when selecting their infrastructure platform to support a vSAN deployment.

    Currently, Dell is the only vendor that provides a four socket platform for vSAN Ready Nodes. This server type is optimal for memory or compute intensive workloads, such as in-memory databases, high performance, relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), or real-time processing applications (financial services, Hadoop/Spark clusters).
