Performing backup of namespaces and PVCs on Rancher Kubernetes cluster

Apart from the scheduled backup option, PowerProtect Data Manager supports the option to perform manual backups. With PowerFlex CSI, only full backup type is supported for Kubernetes protection.

For example, a sample WordPress application is deployed on the Rancher Kubernetes cluster with the namespace dellwordpress.
The namespace is composed of two pods - WordPress application and mariadb pod as shown in the following sample:
