With OL 8 or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and PowerStore 3.0, the discovery and connection of NVMe/FC end-points is performed automatically during the creation of the PowerStore host object. After the end-point connections have been made, any volume created in PowerStore and exposed to the host object will immediately be seen on the server.
