The following are the HDFS restore operations available in the Hadoop App agent.
Run the following command from the bin subdirectory of the installation directory to verify a backup using dlpm-env.cfg:
/dlp-backuplist.sh -z ../config/dlpm-env.cfg
Run the following command from the bin subdirectory of the installation directory using the path from the previous step to verify the contents of a backup.
/dlp-contentlist.sh -t /dir1/dell-hadoop-XXX -z ../config/dlpm-env.cfg
Note: Content listing is not supported for HBase tables.
In the restore operation commands, the source option -s variable is copied from the DD_snapshot_Full_Path parameter after displaying the backup listing using /dlp-backuplist.sh.
From the bin subdirectory of the installation directory, run the following command:
dlp-restore.sh -s <Ddtarget_directory/dell-hadoop-*> -t <HDFS_Target directory> -l full -z ../config/dlpm-env.cfg
