By default, the application uses the DirectX rendering engine and limits frames to 60 frames per second. Users may choose to lower rendering detail and anti-aliasing settings to optimize performance on virtual workstation instances. If hardware acceleration is not available, the software reverts to using the CPU for graphics functions, but with much lower performance than if GPU acceleration were available.
