If security authorization is enabled, a second authorization is added to revert file operations as additional protection. This user needs to be considered with security officer role.
Once a file is locked with RL-G, it cannot be modified even after the file retention lock expires. The backup application must delete the file after the lock expires, since data stored with an RL setting is not deleted automatically when the retention lock setting expires.
