The DHCP server used in this guide is on the external network and is used to provide Tunnel End Point (TEP) addresses used by each ESXi host on the host overlay network. An IP address scope is configured on the DHCP server for all ESXi hosts. Each ESXi host uses two IP addresses, one per NSX-T network adapter port.
