Power on |
There is no power when you press the power button. | - Make sure the AC power cable is connected to the AC/DC adapter input.
- Make sure the DC power connector has the correct wiring (polarity) with respect to the AC/DC adapter output.
- Make sure the DC power connector is fully inserted in the edge gateway DC input.

Audio |
Audio input or output does not work. | - Make sure the audio cable is connected properly to the audio jack.
- Make sure the proper sound settings are selected as default in the operating system.

Ethernet ports |
The device does not link up. | - Make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in.
- See the Ethernet ports section of the User’s Guide for details about the LED behavior and link status.
- Make sure the Ethernet ports are in auto-negotiation mode to detect the link partner’s Ethernet speed.
- Make sure to use the built-in drivers of the preinstalled Dell operating system.

WiFi |
WiFi does not work. | - Make sure the WiFi antennas are properly installed.
- Make sure the WiFi is enabled in the operating system.
- Make sure to use the built-in drivers of the preinstalled Dell operating system.

Bluetooth |
Bluetooth does not work. | - Bluetooth is incorporated with the WiFi module, so make sure the WiFi antennas are properly installed.
- Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled in the operating system.
- Make sure to use the built-in drivers of the preinstalled Dell operating system.

Serial ports |
Serial port does not work. | - Make sure the pins are connected correctly to the different serial ports. See the COM port connectors section of the User’s Guide for pin assignments and electrical characteristics.
- Have the correct protocol setting in the BIOS.
- Have the correct baud rate configuration setting in the operating system.
- Make sure to use the built-in drivers of the preinstalled Dell operating system.

Display |
Monitor does not work. | The EGW-3200 has DisplayPort (DP) connectors. Make sure that a DP cable is connected to the correct port between the monitor and the EGW-3200. |
Digital I/O |
Digital I/O does not work. | - The EGW-3200 has six channels of non-isolated digital input and six channels of non-isolated digital output. See the Digital I/O connector section of the User’s Guide for the input/output electrical characteristics.
- Make sure to follow the pin assignments detailed in the Digital I/O connector section of the User’s Guide.

USB ports |
USB device cannot be accessed. | For the USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, make sure the USB devices can meet the power capacity requirements. For more details, see the Internal connector locations section of the User’s Guide. |
