This document then specifies a reference architecture for Kore.ai, deployed in containers on Kubernetes, including several Dell Validated Designs that include choices of VMware Tanzu and Symworld Cloud Native Platform. It provides configuration and sizing guidance for the infrastructure. Lastly it provides design and validation testing results for two representative use cases for Conversational AI; one use case for a travel assistant and another use case for an online retail experience.
