Server Configuration Profiles (SCP) are XML or JSON templates that contain configuration settings for an individual server. Each configurable setting is a simplified name-value pair. In addition to configuration settings, the SCP template has attributes that can trigger specific workflows such as firmware updates and operating system deployment. The biggest benefit of SCP templates is that all these settings and options are available in a single, easily readable and editable template that can be reapplied to any number of setups.
