Dell EMC Online Support provides a single point of support for all VxFlex hardware issues and vSphere Hypervisor and VxFlex OS issues.
A troubleshooting bundle is a compressed file that contains logging information for components that are managed by VxFlex Manager. The bundle includes VxFlex Manager application logs, alert connector logs, VxFlex OS gateway logs, and iDRAC lifecycle logs. Send the troubleshooting bundle to Dell EMC Support for issue debugging.
Generate a troubleshooting bundle as follows:
