  • In this scenario, the VCenter Servers and witness virtual appliances are deployed on the same cluster in a main data center. One VCenter Server instance can manage multiple VxRail vSAN 2-node clusters, but each VxRail vSAN 2-node cluster earlier than VxRail 7.0.132 must have its own witness. Starting with VxRail 7.0.132, the witness can be shared with other vSAN 2-node clusters for a maximum of 64 vSAN 2-node clusters.

    All requirements that are described in the section Network bandwidth must be met. Enhanced link mode is recommended.
