    A VxRail managed vCenter Server cannot be migrated off the VxRail cluster.

    Customer-managed vCenter Server

    A customer-managed vCenter Server can be migrated to a VxRail cluster.

    Upgrades of customer-managed vCenter Server instances are not supported by VxRail LCM, even if relocated on a VxRail cluster. The customer is responsible for all upgrades and maintenance to this vCenter instance.
