Document purpose

  • This document addresses how the NSX-T management, control and data planes leverage the technical and operational capabilities of the Advanced Management Platform (AMP), and the compute and network architecture of the VxBlock 1000, by exploring how they meet the basic set of use cases. It also provides some insight into how the platform will evolve to satisfy new and emerging use cases at scale. This evolution will further leverage the management, automation, data availability, and data center architecture (Vscale) capabilities of the VxBlock 1000.
