Configuring VCF stretched-cluster deployments requires first stretching the management domain cluster and then stretching workload domain clusters, as described in the following procedure.

We used the same process to stretch management and workload domains across two availability zones. To configure layer 2, we followed the process that is described in the VMware document Stretch a Cluster for NSX-V in VMware Cloud Foundation 3.9.1.
First deploy the Cloud Foundation stretched management domain cluster on VxRail, and then deploy the Cloud Foundation stretched workload domain cluster on VxRail. After a successful deployment, add the workload domain by using the wizard that is available in the SDDC Manager UI.
