Three-layer configuration

  • The following figure provides a high-level overview of the topology used for three-layer architecture. The MX7000 compute nodes used the three-layer architecture to connect to the existing PowerFlex storage-only nodes. Different VLANs and subnets were used for the PowerFlex and MX7000, routed using gateways defined on the northbound customer switches.
