Purpose of this guide


  • This guide demonstrates the deployment of NSX-T Data Center in a preexisting SmartFabric Services (SFS) with VxRail multi environment. OpenManage Network Integration (OMNI) is used to configure VLANs and routing for NSX traffic. NSX Edges are also deployed for connectivity with the external network.

    The target audience for this document is Dell, partner, and customer Deployment Services teams responsible for the deployment of SmartFabric Services and VxRail or SmartFabric Services and PowerEdge ESXi servers that require the deployment of NSX-T in that environment.
