To submit a Service Request with Microsoft, open a browser and go to the public Azure Portal using your registered Azure Stack Hub subscription account: https://portal.azure.com.

To create a Service Request, select Help + support. The Help + support dashboard displays. Click New support request, and enter details as required. To troubleshoot your environment, Microsoft has also provided documentation and how-to guides.
