The amount of the concurrent backups the Cloud DR Add-on can process is driven from the amount of the PowerProtect DD read streams (irrelevant for RecoverPoint for VMs).
In order to minimize the impact on the PowerProtect DD used resources, the Cloud DR Add-on/PowerProtect Data Manager uses up to 15% of every actively used PowerProtect DD read streams amount, and a maximum of total 20 read streams per Cloud DR Add-on/PowerProtect Data Manager.
This limits the number of processed backups by the Cloud DR Add-on or PowerProtect Data Manager from a single backup to maximum of 20 backups at a given time.
Note: It is planned to add a new tweak to allow the utilization of all the read streams but might require you to add additional recourses to the CDRA VM.
