Citrix Analytics is a cloud-based service that works across Citrix portfolio products and third-party products. The Citrix Analytics service receives data from these products (or data sources) and uses integrated Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to detect anomalous behavior by a user or any other entity. It monitors and troubleshoots user sessions, views usage metrics for users, and shares links across an organization that uses Citrix products.
To further characterize the end-user experience during the PAAC testing, we provisioned and configured Citrix Analytics to provide visibility into the performance of the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops machines that we provisioned.
