As soon as the backup is stored in the bucket, AMI Cloud Analytics can be used to transform it from a mainframe to an open format. AMI Cloud Analytics transformation runs as a docker container in a Linux operating system and receives a JSON file as an input to the transform process. The JSON file includes, among other parameters, the input and output file name, the source and target object storage and bucket and the transformation format (text, JSON, CSV, raw):
