This section describes issues that users of Dell Plug-in for Oracle EM may encounter in the current release.

KPL1: At the plug-in home page, alerts will not refresh by clicking OpenManage Enterprise Recent Alerts when the scheduled data collection occurs. | Perform the following:

KPL2: The plug-in does not support OpenManage Essentials. | Perform the following:

KPL3: In the Devices table, devices with the same name will be differentiated by device ID under the name field.

KPL4: Alerts are shown even for unsupported devices. | This is a limitation of the current plug-in and will be fixed in upcoming releases. |
KPL5: No search, filters functionalities are implemented. Users must scroll down/up to look for device entry manually. | This issue will be fixed in upcoming releases.

KPL6: Database Load Metrics will not be displayed. | To load Database Load Metrics, the user must select the PowerEdge server under the Devices table. |
KPL7: The charts and other metrics data will be refreshed and reloaded only after the entire page is reloaded | Perform the following:

KPL8: After adding OpenManage Enterprise as a target, the user must wait until all the metrics are collected and the dell_ome MPCUI home page is loaded fully with metrics. | Perform the following:

KPL9: Acknowledged alert filtering is not handled in this release. | This is a limitation of the current plug-in and will be fixed in upcoming releases. |
KPL10: Plug-in shows the metrics data collected at scheduled intervals, will not be polling for real-time data regularly | This is a limitation of the current plug-in and will be fixed in upcoming releases. |
KPL11: For device type chassis, the plug-in shows only chassis device details, but not the internal components of it | This is as per the design for the current version of plug-in. |
KPL12: Unable to access OpenManage Enterprise from Plug-in pages. | Perform the following:

KPL13: The first time when the user go to dell_ome/dell_ome_server target MPCUI home page, immediately after target configuration, you may receive “Load timeout for modules." | Perform the following:

KPL 14: There is no PowerFlex SDC data in PowerFlex target UI. |

KPL 15: The graphs, data displayed on the MPCUI page for PowerFlex target may not show real-time variations as on PowerFlex presentation console. | This is a known limitation. The graphs, data displayed on PowerFlex target UI in Oracle EM are updated based on the default collection interval for metrics and the polling intervals. |
KPL 16: The solution is supported with PowerFlex SDCs on physical/bare-metal servers only. | This is a limitation of the current Dell Plug-in for Oracle Enterprise Manager release.

KPL 17: If the pie charts under the SDC nodes alerts in the dashboard page of PowerFlex target UI shows ‘no data to display’. | It can occur for following scenarios:
