The my_text file is the parameterized example. It uses a ##NAME## parameter and a parameter substitution scheme to personalize and individualize the recipients with various names and languages.
Dear ##NAME##:
I hope you are well. I have been looking for Nemo everywhere. Have you heard from him? I am getting worried.
Perhaps he got caught in in one or more ocean currents. He could be anywhere, and I only speak English.
I have also been watching science fiction space movies, and see how easy people can talk to aliens using their fancy universal translators. But, I cannot afford a space ship, and cannot find such devices online. So, I am also trying my luck at a translation program that a friend wrote for me, and hope this letter (translated from English using my friend’s program) makes sense.
So, I am asking for your help. Please print the following (translated from English) and post it wherever you are. You can also attach your favorite picture of Nemo.
Hope to see you and Nemo soon.
Love,
Marlin
P.S. Dory said "Hello".
---------------------- LOST -------------------
A beautiful fish (see picture). He seems to be lost. He is also a little forgetful. He responds to the name "Nemo".
If found, please contact me at "find_nemo_in_dell_740_translator@dell.com".
If you cannot write in English, I am able to translate several languages to English and read your email.
Thank you!
