Identify the physical dual-port network adapter to be used for this Dell Validated Design. In this example, NIC-6 is used for the PowerFlex SDS networks.
Enable Jumbo Frames on the physical NICs for the SDS storage networks (All MC nodes)
In the following PowerShell code example, change both the Interface Alises according to the data gathered in the Implementation Planning chapter of this guide. Use the correct NIC and port name for the SDS interfaces.

On the first cluster node, you can run the following command to get a list of all adapters' names:
Get-NetAdapterTo enable Jumbo Frames on the physical ports, run the following command on every node using PowerShell:
Get-NetAdapterAdvancedProperty -InterfaceAlias "SLOT 6 Port 1" -DisplayName "Jumbo Packet" | Set-NetAdapterAdvancedProperty -RegistryValue 9014 -Confirm:$false
Get-NetAdapterAdvancedProperty -InterfaceAlias "SLOT 6 Port 2" -DisplayName "Jumbo Packet" | Set-NetAdapterAdvancedProperty -RegistryValue 9014 -Confirm:$false
