  • By default, the ‘RDMA support’ for vSAN is disabled. When you have the infrastructure supporting RDMA, you may enable RDMA for vSAN by traversing to vCenter à Select vSAN cluster à Configure à vSAN à Services à Edit Network section to enable ‘RDMA support’.

    When creating a portgroup for vSAN traffic, ensure to select ‘vSAN’ service is selected. Also ensure to set MTU to 9000 end to end to support jumbo frames.
