  • How to engage GAM for Non-services Lightning users

    Customer care, sales, services account managers, and all non-services lightning users can reach GAM using the following intake methods.


    Engaging GAM using chat for Non-services Lightning users

    1. Non-services Lightning users can use the SharePoint Chat Portal link.
    2. Select the queue language and tag Team as Group.
    3. Verify the queue schedules in the upper right corner to ensure that the chat request is within hours of operation.
    4. Complete the required fields that are related to your request.

    Engaging GAM using case for Non-services Lightning users

    1. In the GAM portal, the non-services lightning users are directed to Dell Administrative Support.
    2. Log in using your Dell NT or partner account profile.
    3. From More Support & Solutions, select Install Base/Asset Maintenance. You are prompted to complete the desired intake form.
