    Technical Support and Services Lightning users who work on cases in Services Lightning can reach us using the following intake methods.


    Engaging GAM using chat for Services Lightning users

    1. All Services Lightning users using Dell Services | Salesforce must use the Collaborate tab on SFDC Lightning cases.
    2. From the Support Team menu, select GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT - CHAT.
    3. Under Queue, select Global and complete the required fields that are related to your request.

    Engaging GAM using case for Services Lightning users

    1. All Services Lightning users using Dell Services | Salesforce must use the Collaborate tab on SFDC Lightning cases.
    2. From the Support Team menu, select GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT - CHAT.
    3. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
