This section describes the process of adding a Right To Manage (RTM) license for Dell Telecom Infrastructure Automation Suite (Automation Suite) software that was previously purchased.
You can add RTM licenses to an existing license to support additional managed devices in Automation Suite.
You must complete the following steps to get additional RTM licenses:
- Contact the Dell Sales Team to place an order for the required RTM licenses.
- You receive a fulfillment email when the order is processed. For more information about the fulfillment email, see Receive a fulfillment email notification.
- Log into DDL and activate the RTM licenses. For more information about activating a license in DDL, see Activate and generate a production license. Note: You must choose an existing machine name when specifying the machine to install the plug-in.
- Upload and activate the license file in Automation Suite. For more information about uploading and activating a license file in the Automation Suite user interface, see Activate a license in the web user interface.
